With a private practice of her own- KB Health, Kajal has conducted several tailored corporate seminars and healthy cooking demos. Her corporate client base includes Boston Consulting Group, Dun and Bradstreet, Fullerton India, ESSAR group, JM Financial, etc. She extends her services in different formats such as nutritional consultations, healthy cooking demos; supermarket tours and has conducted over 103 nutritional workshops in Mumbai and Dubai.
Achievements:
- Kajal has launched India’s first accredited plant based certificate in collaboration and licensed by a nutrition college where the community is empowered with evidence-based data from various research institutes from a qualified panel.
- Along with highly qualified team, Kajal has launched a plant-based functional
nutrition brand called Plant Power that offers Plant based protein products that are healthier alternatives to the animal-based protein products available in the market. - Plant Power in its earlier avatar was called eighty20, which was nominated for the Food Start Up of the Year Award at India Food Forum 2019 and 2020.
- Kajal is an awardee blogger and was also consultant Nutritionist for the cold
pressed juice brand Raw Pressery. - She has supported the WFWH (Women for Women’s Health) India- an initiative for women to empower their health in Mumbai and Dubai.
